PHASE 1 - Scrum Master Entry Call with Meeting

On this call, I will walk you through what this entire process will look like and how I can help you become a Scrum Master or land a job in tech without having or needing to have worked in a tech company before.

This call is a pre-requisite for the Phase 2 session.

This is everything we will cover in our call time:

1. What a Scrum Master is and how to get certified.

2. How to craft a strong Scrum Master resume highlighting your work experience and transferable skills.

3. How to translate your resume into Agile Language & break through resume screeners so your resume is actually SEEN.

4. How to interview as a Scrum Master & Interview prep strategies.

5. Where and how to find Scrum Master jobs entry jobs and related Scrum team positions.

6. Strategies to finding entry level positions in a tech company and by leveraging your current industry and job experience to land them.

7. How to get past the "5 year" experience job application blocking point

and most importantly - we will cover how to ACTUALLY be a Scrum Master and SCALE in your future career in tech as a Certified Scrum Master.

All materials taught on this call will be specific to you, and after we meet - all sales are final. Due to the nature of my coaching and life schedule, there will be occasions where I need to move appointments around but will work my HARDEST to make sure it’s accommodates to both our schedules.

PHASE 2 - Resume, Interview prep & Scrum Master Techniques call

This call is intended for anyone who's already completed a Phase 1 call, finished their Scrum Master Certification AND is ready to begin working on their resume and apply for jobs.

The Phase 1 call goes over how to prep and prepare for this session and that is why it's a pre-requisite for the Phase 2.

This is everything we will cover in our call time:

1. Full Resume Review & audit
2. Full LinkedIn Review & audit
3. Coaching on how to build out and craft your resume elevator pitch
4. How to craft the perfect cover letter specific to each job that you’re applying to
5. How to leverage your experience in your resume to sound like you have Scrum/tech experience
6. How to handle and leverage recruiters
7. Where to find entry level jobs and application sites
8. Application & Interview strategies
9. First day on the job Scrum Master checklist and coaching

The Phase 1 call with Mikaylah went great!
